Pichu is the baby form of Pikachu. It's just beginning to learn to store its electricity thanks to its small cheek pouches, and it is has the ability to shock others, but it shocks itself after doing so. A small child-like voice would suit this Pokémon.

  • This is gonna be so easy. My big brother won't believe his eyes when I win this battle.

  • OK. Gotta prepare myself before I face the real battle. I may be just a baby Pokémon, but I can show you that I'm as tough as a Pikachu!

  • I get scared and it kind of hurts when I let out my electricity. But that won't stop me from doing battles.
