Igglybuff is the baby form of Jigglypuff. It is mostly shown floating, because it is a very light Pokémon. It cannot sing for long periods of time, because its vocal cords aren't very well developed as an Igglybuff. It usually lives in grassy areas with freshwater streams. It will gargle the water in its mouth to clear a sore throat. If this Pokémon rolls around it will bounce around uncontrollably, and won't have the ability to stop itself. I would imagine this Pokémon to have a cute and high voice. I may have listed "baby" on this, but it's only because its a baby Pokémon. So its still gonna say a lot of words. Just a small vocabulary.
