Cleffa is the baby form of Clefairy. Because of its unusual star shaped silhouette, people believed it has arrived in the world by travelling on a meteor. The Cleffa like to dance around in a circle when there are many shooting stars at night. It is said the dance will bring good fortune for those who see it in a close encounter. Because it's the previous evolution of Clefairy, I would imagine it sounding more playful, happy and carefree. I also labeled this role as baby, because its a baby Pokémon. It may be a baby Pokémon, but it can talk quite a lot. It just doesn't have a big enough vocabulary. It also may be a male role, but I would recommend a female voice actor for this role.
