Rina Saito (pronounced Ree-nah Sy-toe), the Ultimate Figure Skater, made it into Hope's Peak by winning Gold at the Olympics 9 years straight. She acts like a spoiled young Queen, claiming she deserves the utmost respect from her peers. She somehow acts like this, but inside, all she wants is to at least have friends. She has a mid-pitched voice.

  • (cocky) "Bow before the Ultimate Figure Skater, Rina Saito. Yes, THE Rina Saito!"

  • (angry) "Oh, shut up! You either respect me or I'll have your head, jerk!"

  • (sad) "All I've ever wanted was to have a real friend. No, those goons that scouted me don't count. I mean an actual friend.... no one really liked me as a child, not even my own Parents."
