Pichu is the baby form of Pikachu. It's just beginning to learn to store its electricity thanks to its small cheek pouches, and it is has the ability to shock others, but it shocks itself after doing so. A high pitched child-like voice would suit this Pokémon.

I've lost my friends. I wandered off to a different path in the Murkrow Forest, and now I can't find them. I hope they didn't get caught by some Murkrow!
