PERSONALITY:
Dandre Levine is kind but mislead. He is loyal to his people until he realises that there is more to life than he's been told. He likes to have fun and lighten the mood when it feels appropriate. Unlike other characters in the ITU universe, Dandre has a lot of hope for things to get better. He always sees the light in the dark.
BACKSTORY:
Dandre was born and raised in a bunker by his people 'GENETEC'. Over his childhood, he became a genius among his people and excelled in physics, mathematics and computer engineering. Much like the rest of his people, he has been taught to not feel emotion or create connections with others. He believes that his life purpose is to work for GENETEC. Forever. But, that is all about to change.
VOICE:
Mid to low ranged voice.
