An oni (http://yokai.com/oni/) yokai. Falls under the barbarian fighting class. Tends to fall under the bad boy (and very slightly yandere) archetype.

Ryōhei comes off sometimes as an arrogant and stubborn oni, though he also has a very calm and collective side to him as well. His mother was a red oni, hotheaded and headstrong, and his father a blue oni, intellectual and composed, so he reflects both his parents rather well. Ryōhei is almost unintentionally a gang leader, as he has accidentally collected a good amount of followers, none as loyal as Hikaru or even Aai (though she also mainly hangs out with him because she finds it fun). Despite seeming to be a selfish individual, he clearly is incredibly kind and caring, and that's why he has so many followers. When he was still practically a child, he was severely crushing on Miku, being rather close to the princess and feeling sympathy for her plight of not being able to choose her own path. Upon hearing news of Miku's possible whereabouts, he wished to be reunited, though he instead met Yasu, her offspring, and was smitten anew.

Rasetsu would have a more charming and almost snide voice. He can range from being calmly spoken to having a gruff and temperamental way of talking every now and then. I don't really have a preference for his vocal range.
