Sofia Reyes for Pichu (Female) (Gen II-V)
Pichu is the baby form of Pikachu. It's just beginning to learn to store its electricity thanks to its small cheek pouches, and it is has the ability to shock others, but it shocks itself after doing so. A high pitched child-like voice would suit this Pokémon.
It's not gonna be easy for me battling. I get scared and kind of hurt myself, even when letting out a little shock.
Do you think you can handle this yourself? That Pokémon is shiny, and it looks awfully strong. Careful not to mess this up.
I'm a little shy... there's mostly Pikachu hanging out at my brother's party. I hope they don't mind that I'm the only Pichu that wants to stick around.
