Outer is one of those average teens living inside of Duskfall Village, along with probably being the most mature out of his 4 friends. He somehow managed to be roommates with Ink, the two in different rooms depending on their likes and hang out every so often, chatting when they come across one another as they both like to get out of the house often. While he is the most mature though, he likes to mess with the others and sometimes leaves out small details to annoy them or make a pun to annoy Blue

Outer bonds with a Night Heron named Luar later and doesn't grant his single wish until near the middle of this. Luar helps enhance his speed and gives his quicker reflexes along with a moon dagger
