Spinarak is a Bug/Poison type Pokémon. It may be a poison type, but it's poison may not be enough to poison others. It can shoot webs with the front and back of its body. It catches its prey with its webs. It usually waits in its own webs until prey lands in its webs. A high pitched scratchy or whispery sounding voice is what I imagine for this Pokémon.
Ariados is Spinarak's evolution. Its webs have become more powerful. The webs can be enough to trap its own kind. It can also attach silk to its prey and track it down. The voice coming from this Pokémon, I would imagine a lower and slightly guttural voice. Not deep, but scratchy.
Spinarak: No one gets away from me when they get caught in my webs! They're gonna be dinner when they get caught in my sticky web!
Ariados: I'll let you out of my web, just this once. But that won't stop me from finding you again. You're an easy target for me to track.
That was pretty good, although it looks like there's some sort of background sound going on.
