Character Notes:
Detective Lynn Yoster, is a detective for the NBPD (Naybrookes Police Department.) He takes his job very seriously, and prides himself on his Detective title. He does not tolerate funny business or slacking off. Due to some events in his past he doesn’t show very much affection to the people he cares about, such as his partner Detective Gracey Goodmen.
Voice Notes:
Lynn’s Voice should be kinda gruff and deep, as if he is always angry/grumpy.
I would love to keep the British accent for this character, but as stated in the video the gruff deep voice is the important part not this. Even when he is showing other emotions, such as concern that gruffness and distant behavior should still kinda be there like he is always on edge
“It’s an open and shut case… We have an eye witness placing the suspect at the scene of the crime, the suspect's paw prints were on the weapon, a scalpel, which he got from who knows where. Not only that, his prints were found all over the crime scene…” (Grumpily explaining)

Good afternoon. My name is “Ghost” Thad and I am Happy’s script editor/casting consultant. I just wanted to tell you that your audition is under consideration for the part of Lynn Yoster. Your voice is a very good representation of the canon, BUT we have discussed it and we have concluded that we would like to see a little bit more emotion out of you. Lynn is a very passionate, irritable character who is often easily angered and we need his VA to be able to get loud and perhaps even hysterical when necessary. So we were wondering if you could send in a follow-up audition with the two lines included below with a few different takes with varying levels of intensity.
