Raikou is an Electric-type Pokémon. It is part of the Legendary trio of Johto. The rain clouds it carries let it fire thunderbolts at will. It races across the land, and makes a cry that sounds almost like crashing thunder. Because its called the Thunder Pokémon in the Pokédex, a tempered and authoritative baritone voice would suit this Pokémon. Mostly shouts.
