Lugia is a Legendary Psychic/Flying-type Pokémon. This Pokémon spends its time in the darkest, deepest part of the sea, because its powers are much too strong. It has the ability to expand its wings and cause a raging storm that will last for at least 40 days. Its powers can destroy houses, which is the reason why it stays at the very bottom of the sea. A deep smooth voice would suit this Pokémon.
