Keiko Shimizu is the Ultimate Cheerleader. As the captain of Japan's most competitive cheer squad, she has trained in gymnastics, acrobatics, and cheer ever since she was young. Keiko is known for being a force to reckon with, despite her small stature. At the start of Danganronpa: FF, Keiko has no memories of her school life at Hope’s Future. 

Keiko, being a captain, has a lot of confidence in herself, not to mention a very hot blooded and rigid demeanor. Because of her plentiful leadership experience, she often defaults to bossing others around. Extremely competitive, she will turn the smallest everyday tasks into challenges against other people, as if she feels the need to prove herself to them. She has been discriminated against a lot because of her ultimate talent, and is trying to redefine what it means to be a cheerleader in the modern day and age.

Despite stereotypes of short anime girls, Keiko should have a medium range tone of voice, not a squeaky one. She yells almost every word she says, and is very big on diction and enunciation. Her voice should convey a sense of strength and pride.
