A kejōrō (http://yokai.com/kejourou/) yokai. Falls under the rogue fighting class. Tends to fall under the tsundere archetype.
Aai is a loyal follower of Rasetsu Ryōhei and travels around as one of his personal companions alongside Hikaru. Whenever stopped in a village, she of course cannot help but hanging around brothels for her next meal. Aai likes to tease people that she's interested in, especially if she's not terribly close to them. When it comes to fighting, she tends to be rather cutthroat or sneaky.
I think an androgynous or feminine voice would work best for Aai, but a masculine could be fitting in a similar regards to the comedic effect of Dr. Girlfriend from Venture Bros (I'm leaning toward this). Either way, I kinda prefer a more laidback/sexy sounding tone to their voice given that they are a "hairy prostitute." Probably a low to mid range in general.
Very preferable, though not necessary, that only trans fem (binary, AMAB non-binary, and/or intersex) individuals audition for Aai.
(almost malicious) "Caught you."
(malicious snide) "Hold still or my hair might slice you up, little fox."
(kind of tsundere) "I mean, I guess you're pretty cute for a kitsune…if you're into that sort of thing that is!"
(kinda flirty) "Oh you want to see what's underneath? Are you talking about the face under my hair or what's under my kimono?"
"Came to have a smoke with me?"
(battle cry - sadistic) "You're going to regret getting close!"
You have a nice and cute voice, though I'm not sure it matches for Aai. If she were to have a feminine voice, I would imagine it to be more sultry and raspy. However, you voice might work very well for Mao, if you want to check her out. I do like what you have, so if you want to check out anyone else or my other projects, I'd love to hear more from you!
