♔ English/British accent required♔

A closer friend than most royals to Eliza, though still distant. Margaret is empathetic toward the heiress in times of distress and genuinely attempts to cheer Eliza up in weary situations. Though the heiress does not fully appreciate her presence, Margaret is surely somewhere in the background to console Eliza whenever needed - whether welcomed or not.

[110 lines/sound effects, $1.00 per line]

[Medium pitch]

[Receptive, down-to-Earth, considerate]

[White]

  • Line 1: (hushed, but grinning) Here, take the treats before anyone sees! Your mother’s informed the entire castle of your detention.

  • Line 2: (raising an eyebrow, teasing) Oh, Atticus, are you scared she's trying to replace you? You know how Eliza loves you.

  • Line 3: (terrified, upset, shaming, hurried) Are you really going to let this happen?

Line 4: (concerned, empathetic, growing upset, but composed) There is nothing you can do, Eliza. I know you’re upset, but you cannot sit around and soak in your pain forever.

Thank you for auditioning! For feedback, your voice is a bit too strong specifically for Margaret, since she's more of a soft-spoken character who occasionally jests (though that's not easily read through the project post so that's understandable). For general feedback, I'd monitor your puffs/breathing for future reference! There are a couple of places where I can audibly hear your microphone puff (specifically at the "are you really going to let this happen" line). I think you could also sound a bit more upset for the more dramatic lines (again, the third line). You included two takes and I was hoping to hear something more drastic on the second take, so diversifying your takes can allow you to show that depth!
