Andrew Monroe is an NCR Officer who has always been loyal to Blackthorne and his cause; however, as the battles continue one, he begins noticing that the General is as much of a warmonger as the original NCR leaders he despised. Moreover, memories of past battles where his friends died always plague his waking thoughts. Despite it all, he always maintains a fighting spirit, hoping there's a brighter future that's the result of all this sacrifice and bloodshed.

For the audition line, you are briefing the newest recruit who's deciding to join up with the Frontier NCR, however, before they sign the papers, you want them to know that this isn't something to do lightly. You're especially worried since they just said the reason they are joining is to have some adventure. These types generally don't last long on the front lines. You've seen and caused enough death over the years as is. You don't need to see another mother and let them know their son/daughter has died. You hope the decision they are making won't be something they'll regret later on like many of the younger recruits.
