Kocaqi is another one of the big bads in the story. For his voice, I'd like something raspy and old sounding, but not like a cartoonish old man.

Kocaqi is the leader of Passione's former narcotics division. He is a quiet elderly man who took part in gang activity prior to joining Passione. Despite his profession, Vladimir Kocaqi is a gentle and wise old man, who cares for his team.

  • "God damn it, Massimo. I told you not to fight unless you have to. Vittorio and I can handle mooks like this. You and Angelica should let us protect you"

  • "You hear me, Massimo? You're the heart of this team. We only exist for you."

  • *sighing* "I know you don't see it. You could rule the world, you know. With a stand like yours, you could place yourself above other men."
