I’m looking for someone to revoice the character of Cook Cook.

I am redoing his voice. I want Cook Cook to sound much more intimidating than his original voice actor.

4 REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS VOICE:
Needs to sound frightening. You would be scared if you heard this voice in the middle of the night or in an alley.
Need to sound creepy.
Needs to sound perverted..sleezy.
Needs to have an absolutely terrifying laugh. He has a small laugh…which is creepy. He has a laugh when he is just bursting out laughing when he kills or hurts people.

He needs to sound intimidating, creepy, psychotic, brutish, crazy, evil, lawless, perverted etc. I want no special effects. This is one of the main villains in the entire game.

(Player asks whether he knows Violet and Nephi (Neh-phee))
(threatening) (says this a bit psychotically) (Shaky disturbing voice) Of course I do. You want to meet them? (laughs psychotically) Violet's dogs will rip you apart! And Nephi (Neh-phee) will cave in your skull with his iron!
(says this if you are a girl)
And after they're done... I get to play with whatever's left.(licks lips) (laughs in a perverted way) Oh I’m going to take my time with you...sweet thing (threatening, evil, perverted)
(Players asks whether he cooks everything)
That's right. Brahmin (brawmen), mole rats, lizards... and the occasional traveler lost in the wrong part of town. (small laugh)
Not Queenie though. I'd never cook my Queenie.
(Players asks what he thinks about NCR)
NCR? They’re soft little bitches. I’ve had my fun with some of the girls in the NCR. (laughs evil) (reminiscent) (perverted) Oh I had my fun with them. (laughs) (pervertedly)
(Players asks about his cow (Brahmin)
*That's* Queenie. She's the prettiest Brahmin (Braw-Men) in the Wastelands. {Creepy baby talk like he's talking to a baby or talking to a cute puppy} Aren't you, Queenie, yes you are, who's a good girl?
Something on your mind? (annoyed slightly, someone tapping you on the shoulder while you’re busy)
(He says this if your character is a woman)
(perverted) (sleezy) Hey there, sweet thing. Want a ride on the Cook-Cook express? (sounds frightening and creepy)

(in grief) (anger) (psychotic) NO! QUEENIE!!!! (laughs like a psycho) I'M GOING TO BURN THE WORLD FOR YOU QUEENIE!!!! (He attacks everyone around him including his friends after you kill his cow, he's scripted to attack everyone around him)
(Looks you up and down)
I haven’t seen you before. You here to bring me slaves? (licks lips) (gulps)(shaky creepy voice)
(sounds hungry) (lust) (laughs creepily)…I want the little ones. I like em little (laughs creepy)(lust)(disturbing)

(Annoyed) (Irritated) (Angry) No? Then why are you wasting my time. Boys, show him the door! (Beckons to raiders. The entire group of 16 raiders will attack you)

I have a feeling you may have already decided who you want, but, if its worth me doing a deeper voiced take on this, let me know, as I can do so quite easily. :)

The voice is very good but for some reason I prefer the voice of fairfieldfencer. I prefer fairfieldfencer’s because it’s actually eerily very close to the original voice actor but with a blend of Joker and Pennywisetheclown. This voice is difficult because it requires four things. His original voice (nonlaughing) has to sound like it could come from someone who is a brute, someone taller and larger than the average man. Basically if the voice is too high-pitched it doesn’t work. Cook-Cook is basically the Joker if he was 6’11 and 280 lbs. So the ideal Cook-Cook needs to have four things. First, just from hearing his voice or at least the pitch of his voice, it should sound like someone who is no stranger to battle. He’s not the skinny or average-sized inmate in a prison cell. He’s the biggest guy in the prison. Second, he needs that signature Joker laugh. I’ll often find that intentionally or not, some of the creepiest laughs in cinema and in video games have a particular pitch which sounds very similar to Mark Hamill’s Joker laugh. I have included a voice signature. It’s interesting to note that the laugh seems to have originated in the movie “IT” by Stephen King. Pennywise the Clown’s laugh sounds almost identical to Mark Hamill’s Joker’s laugh. However, the movie “IT” came before the Batman series even started. Mark Hamill’s Joker came in around 1992 and was probably inspired by the laugh of Pennywise the Clown. However, through and through, that particular laugh is timeless. There’s something so creepy and uneasy about it. And it never gets old. It is the epitome of the perfect display of someone who is unwell, mentally ill, psychotic and derives pleasure from the misery and pain of others. Third, he needs to sound downright creepy. I think just about everyone’s audition here could do that. Although they couldn’t do the other things needed. It’s easy to make a creepy voice. We’ve all seen so many movies and cartoons of how villains are portrayed so we inherently have a sense of what should be “creep” or what shouldn’t be “normal”. This is the easiest of the four. Fourth and finally, he is a psychopath. He has complete disregard for human life. The pain and misery of others is what brings him joy. If you have ever played the game, Fallout: New Vegas. Cook-Cook IS the most disturbing character in the game. This is a man who raped a woman and then burned her face. And he just did this because it makes him happy. There’s no logical reason behind it and only he understands why he does it. This is a man where even his own men as well as his peers are frightened of him. Based on this information, I hope this provides context on the sort of voice I’m looking for.
