Ulysses is a powerful narrow gauge engine on The Crotoonian Hills Narrow Gauge Railway. He used to be one of the main engines on the line. Nowadays, he’s either working up at one of the quarries or hauling heavy goods trains along the main track. He can get really puffed up in the smokebox and can get really full of himself, which tends to annoy Sir Handel and Duncan.

  • I can pull more cars than you ever could! I’m the strongest engine on the line!

  • Stone, heavy goods. You name it, I’ve hauled it.

  • Pah! You both are weaklings! Stand aside! I’ll take that load!
