Isabelle is a teacher at Smash Elementary. She is kind and caring towards all her students, one of which is Bowser Junior. Isabelle is always willing to give Junior a high grade, half because he does so well, and half because Isabelle has the hots for Bowser, and so she can get on his good side.
For her voice, I want someone who can fit the personality of someone with both innocence and passionate desire.
(Cheerful) "Have a good day, kids! Remember: Pet Show and Tell is on Monday!"
