Luigi is as cowardly and dim-witted as ever in this incarnation. He'll flinch at the drop of a hat and most often in situations where it would cause a problem for others. But he still does the best he can to help those in need... just as long as it's not too difficult.

Luigi's voice should be as on-the-nose as it can with Charles Martinet's voice.
