Commissioner FRED is a member of the criminal organization named the “Scrub-vengers”. He is the the leader’s right hand man and a very frightening looking individual. However, his voice is the total opposite. Fred has a high pitch voice and speaks with a lisp. So this makes it difficult at times when negotiating deals or having the “tough talk” with a crew member who has stepped out of line. Some don’t take him seriously. Those that refuse to take him seriously after a few warnings, usually end up dead and chopped to pieces In a garbage bag.
Note: The character only appears once in the upcoming episode of this show. In future episodes he will be present more often and the pay for the role will also increase.
*clears throat* - So to answer your question, yes. We are going to kill every single person in that facility and make as much unnecessary noise as possible. We should also make it our objective to steal two large military storage trucks they have at the facility. According to the FIB notes, those trucks are carrying a prototype weapon designed to kill women with the infinity blood type.
