Plectrum Rose's accent needs to be British, once again copying as close as you can, the accent I speak with. This can be heard in the explainer video at the top of the page.
Plectrum Rose is the mother of Ignatius Darknote and Burning Axe (Formally known as "Inferno Melody") She is caring and loving as any mother should be, but has her rebel side. Being in a family band with her Husband, and his brother (Burning Axe's Uncle) And her eldest son Ignatius Darknote. She is the Rhythm Guitar player, and lead singer of their band "Household Anarchy" As a punk rock singer, she is feisty when she wants to be, a rebel by night, a mother by day. As long as she sounds British, the rest of the interpretation is up to you.
(a motherly warmth in her voice, she asks...)

(with fear, and sadness in her voice, she asks her eldest son a question she fears the answer to.)

Hello! Haha I'm glad you refer to me as Goku, that's good XD I am doing great! My throat is a little sore, but that is because I did a lot of screaming as Goku earlier today, so yeah. Lol. Right, I liked this, the quality was much better than last time, so that's one really awesome thing to mention, another is the flow of the lines was better too. However, and this is unfortunate to say, the accent didn't see much improvement, if any at all. And that's really the main thing that needs the work... I mean you can give practicing the British accent another go if you would like, there is still some time since I took a break over the Christmas holiday, but if you don't want to then that's ok. I'm sure I can find you a role in the future that doesn't require a specific accent. *Hugs* Thank you for all your effort though, I greatly appreciate it. :)

No problem! I am so excited to hear that you are continuing to work at this, that is dedication right there, and I love it! I don't really have a deadline, but I guess I could give one. How about Sometime between April and May? After that I'll pick a VA for this role depending on whoever fits the part. Again though, even if you don't get the role, I will ENSURE you get a role in the future for the series, your dedication has impressed me!
