Carter is the daughter of Eve and Markus Maxwell. She's the new girl at Blackwood Falls High school and perhaps one of the most outspoken students. Carter has never been to normal school before so everything is so exciting for her.

**EXTRA LINE** Carter: (Soft-spoken to Eli) H-hey, are you okay? What he did to you over there wasn't good at all. 

Personality/Voice: VERY SPONTANEOUS, Sometimes you aren't sure when Carter will explode in a certain emotion depending on how she reacts to something. Carter is outspoken and stands out amongst the crowd. Her voice is a little on the rough but enthusiastic side!
