thank you very much. ye now that i listen back to it there actually is quite the amount of backround going on. that should be fixable tho. normally i have a noisegate going on. maybe i forgot to use it for this one. im not sure.
I think it's because your voice is so quiet, that it's trying to pick up everything. So if you do noise reduction a butt load of times it will fix it.
