For Chara I was thinking a bit demonic of coarse, if you can do audio editing than awesome but if not its completely fine I can edit it all later! I will add that it doesnt really matter if Chara is a boy or girl, our Frisk is a girl but we still refurr to her playing the character as 'Them', Our last Chara was a girl, but regardless Ill see what you got ^^ I'm looking for a semi-high pitched creepy tone like a small young child in horror films! (Also the reason why it's pending is because I may or may not have someone thinking about the part, I will put up an update if that is the case but please don't hesitate to try out!)

How did you pull that echo off? Please teach me your secrets!

    Oh it's pretty simple! :'D I'm not sure of the specific numbers so you might have to experiment a bit. (this is with audacity.) I'll probably remember if I do it again so let me know if it didn't work xD Before doing these make a copy of the track you started with. you'll be doing these effects to the copy and playing the copy and the original at the same time. 1. Paulstretch and the stretch factor should be 0.5 (I think? or 1, or 1.5, or 2. see what works.) 2. Add some echo to it. maybe 0.3 on both options? Or you could do some sort of reverb. Just an echo that doesn't "echo" too much. 3. Make the pitch lower by maybe 5 - 10. or less. Whatever doesn't sound too awk xD
