This is a pervert who will be sitting at the Mojave Outpost bar. You can improvise. Act as a perverted man who is talking about a woman named Cass. Cass sometimes sits about five seats away from him or sometimes she's not there at all. If you can add a Southern accent, it would be a bonus but it's not necessarily required. For some reason a lot of people in New Vegas have a Southern accent or an attempted Southern accent.
