Vult is another high-ranking child (coming in at fifth most powerful) in the Bunker due to his unique ability to mind control people if they touch him. He's manipulative and cocky, and believes that everyone is just a pawn in his game. He's a bit unstable from the experiments on his brain. He's not afraid to say what he thinks is true and loves to instigate fights just to coerce someone into falling into his trap and under his control.
Trust me. Friends won't to you any good. When the shit is high, they'll abandon you. So instead, why not just control all the pawns and stay alive? That is the objective after all.
All people are just puppets to me, and I'm not afraid to say that loud and proud because it's goddamn true.
