Rei is an egotistical brat of a child, although her skills are not to be doubted. She is the third most powerful child in the bunker for her ability of enhanced strength and duplication powers. She's a member of Lyn's brigade of bullies, and is Lyn's personal ass-kisser. She doesn't want to get in trouble with the adults at the bunker, so she never engages in combat with children outside of training and the fighting arena, but she is known to instigate fights, to cheer Lyn on in a fight, and to overall be verbally abusive towards the children who are under her rank.
