Aquila is a blacksmith for the Legion. He and several other Legionnaires were sent by their superiors to take control of a lawless settlement.

Baritone. Arrogant, condescending, cold, authoritative, intimidating, articulate, poised.

Think of how Roman soldiers are portrayed in media. Now remove his British accent and do an arrogant, and cold version of his lines.
