Melgo is the sheriff of the town of Underbelly. He's a bit aggravatable, especially when he's hungry. He gets bored often, leading to some outrageous accusations against citizens, most commonly Tula, who usually steals his breakfast to grow her collection of bread. Overall a guy who will stay out of people's way unless it involves himself, his business, or Fiila, his best friend and deputy.
