He seems to have quite the past as well, but maybe it's best you don't ask. Kou is a trans boy so a trans actor would be preferred.

Kou's voice is on the higher end and is rather soft but quietly optimistic, even if he's scared easily. British accent preferred but not required, and a trans actor preferred as well.
