Even though she's babyfaced and small, don't let her cutesy appearance fool you - Kotori is an artistic powerhouse. She's been training with traditional brush techniques for years on end, and it shows; her Edo-period paintings have made their rounds across museums and inns worldwide. Though she's cute as a button and playful to the core, there's another side of her that not many people tend to notice at first...
When voicing her, make her sound young! She's your stereotypical "little girl" character, like Saionji from Super Danganronpa 2, so have her reflect that! She also loves to mock the other Ultimates, so be careful! However, aside from that, it's up to you!
Improv is encouraged, but not mandatory.
