Arwen is a character that occasionally pops up in the series. They seem stuck up at first, but are caring once people get to meet them. 

They are talented in illusion magic, so if you could bring that feeling of magic into your speech, that'd be great! 

They have a mid-tone voice. They tend to have quite a few voice cracks. Even if a boy is acting them, I'd like them to have a feminine sort of tone, not so much female, but comforting kind of overeccentric voice.

They are one of the main character's saviours at many points, so a caring undertone to the voice would be well suited.
