Moneko: 
Moneko is a mysterious cat mascot, and the alleged headmaster and "director" of the Hope Restoration Program. Their job is simply to supervise the students and the facility and make sure the broadcast goes smoothly. Moneko is sweet and naive, but they try very hard to lead their students. It's too bad their students neither respect nor trust them.

(Moneko sounds like a cutesy cartoon mascot. Gender doesn't matter.)
