A short, overweight, sweaty, power hungry man left in charge of keeping the inmates and super villains in check. Burmilla loves to see himself as the big man on campus, while all too eager to suck up to the higher powers of the city... as long as he thinks he can get something out of it. His accent is that of a southern plantation owner, very laid back with the slightest hint of greed dripping from the corners of his mouth.
Well now, how rude of me to not welcome y'all properly, Mayor Briggs. Welcome to mah little.... humble abode.
Now you, body guard? Ah'll have to insist y'all leave that weapon at the door. Safety protocol and all. Y'all understand me, son? 'Course you do~
