Cocky Locky is a 18 year old girl who has just became a Licensed Alchemist. She is confident, flirtatious, but deep down is quite psychotic, and border line insane at times. (Won't be seeing her get insane in the pilot but maybe in the future) She tends to be annoyed by her fans (citizens who look up to her) and wouldn't mind seeing them get killed. She hates laws but tends to follow them and does her duties as an Alchemist despite her personality.

Cocky Locky: “Hmph. They are quite annoying. If it wasn’t for the fact that we would lose money or possibly our jobs from civilian casualties or damages to private properties, I wouldn’t care what happens to them or this area. I wouldn’t mind killing some of them myself.”
