Yu-Gi-Oh: Our Game Now storyboard
Project Overview
This is a storyboard project involving my Yu-Gi-Oh story Our Game Now which takes place in a mixed world of season 0/Duel Monsters/The Pyramid of Light film where Yugi Mutou grew up with a younger sister who had a hand in solving the mysterious Millennium Puzzle. (If you audition for Yugi you will also have to audition for Yami Yugi please)) Yugi Mutou, 16 years of age. A highschool boy who loves games and his friends/family. He’s a gentle boy with a forgiving heart… But he’s not afraid to try to stick up for those he loves, and he can be stern with his younger sister.
“This thing was a gift from Dad and he gave me… Actually, he gave US, Natsuki, the challenge of solving it, remember?” (Annoyed voice)
“That’s my little sis. C’mere you!” (Teasing voice)"I even made some friends!" (Happy voice)
The mysterious spirit that was trapped within the Millennium puzzle and awakened when Yugi and Natsuki pieced the puzzle together, he can be harsh, sometimes overly so, stern but knows how to cut back and be silly when he has to, including teasing the ever loving heck out of Natsuki.
“It’s game time.” (Confident tone)
“Shadow creatures…Begone! I command you to leave this realm!” (Serious tone)“Hey Nat what’s with this!?” (Slightly pained voice/annoyed voice)
Natsuki Mutou, 13 years of age. She’s a bit of a mischief maker, mostly just by being sassy to her elder brother but she adores him to the moon and back. She can be very superstitious and at the start is not a fan of the alter ego her brother possessed eventually warming up to him.
“That thing is evil.” (Deadpan voice)
“You… Are not… Yugi. Whatever or whoever you are, you're not my brother. You're not of any relation to me… So put. Me. DOWN!” (Angry/scared voice)“Big brother!” (Excited voice)
