YouTube Side Content: Video Editors Needed (READ PAYMENT INFO)

Hello everyone, my name is DK. Or MasterDK. And I'm a YouTube content creator who runs several channels, one for my primary content that I plan to do as long as I'm on YouTube, and the others for side content. I'm also part of a group channel consisting of my friends and I called The DK Crew. Now as much as I love creating content, I'd really like to dedicate more of my time and effort towards my primary channel where my utmost passion is. And while my side content is fun (I wouldn't do it otherwise), it's a hassle to maintain editing everything for it, as well as my primary content, and as well as holding down A DAY JOB lol Needless to say, if I wanna pick up production, I'm gonna need some help. That's why I decided to come to you talented people out there. I'm offering paid services for editing my side content, specifically my let's plays for my gaming channel as well as videos for The DK Crew. While the pay won't be high, I do plan to compensate you more for your time and effort if we gain more traction and earn more revenue, primarily from Patreon backers. (Don't trust the YouTube algorithm lol)
The starting rate as of right now is $10 per hour of footage given. Again, not a lot, but these are small YouTube channels that don't generate any income as of right now, it needs to come out of pocket. And I only earn so much on a weekly basis in my position. So I am only willing to give as much as I am able. Keep in mind that most footage you will be given is over an hour, so you'd be likely earning more than that per video. The gratitude I'll have for anyone willing to accept this offer will be immense. So if you're looking to make some extra cash on the side of whatever you might be doing for your primary income, I am willing to chip in. And I do look forward to working with you :)
In order for your auditions to be counted, please include the following:
1. A link to your work, work you did for other people, or both.
2. Either a Discord tag (preferred) or an email address.
Once you are hired, here are the main rules.
1. You must be able to accept criticism, as not every final product you submit will be entirely what we need. The changes we ask you to make will be minimal, such as editing something differently. i will be adding final touches where they're needed.
2. Adult language and themes will be discussed in these videos. You must be okay with this. If you feel there is something too controversial included in the footage you're given, feel free to bring it up to me and we will attempt to come to an agreement over the material.
3. Please include a watermark over your final products until payment is given. You have my word that i will never use your work without paying you, but I would like to build trust while we work together. So please, protect your work. Just make sure the watermark is easy to remove.
4. Do not feel obligated. You can choose to drop out as my editor at any time. I will hold no ill will over anyone who chooses to do so.

Editors will be paid at a starting rate of $10 per hour of footage edited. (Example: Footage is 2 and a half hours long. Editor will be paid $25 for editing that video. Rate will increase if the channel generates more revenue.) For your auditions, please submit a link to any previous works you have done. It can be your own videos or videos you have edited for others.
