Your Turn to Dub - YTTD Game Dub Recasting
Project Overview
This is a recasting for an upcoming Your Turn to Die dub. Your Turn to Die is a horror-mystery game created by Nankidai. The plot is 17 Year-Old highschooler, Sara Chidouin and her friend Joe Tazuna are kidnapped and forced into playing a Death Game by a mysterious organization. They meet 10 others in the same situation as them, trapped in a facility with no way to escape other than play along.
RULES FOR AUDITIONING:
Your Turn to Die is a game that has lots of heavy topics such as; Violence, Blood, Suicide, Self-Harm, Abuse, Depression, Paranoia, Survivor's Guilt, and obviously Death. If you are uncomfortable with any of these topics then auditioning is not advised.
Due to such heavy topics, please do not audition unless you are the age of 15 or older.
Mic quality must have minimal background noise.
Must be able to shout and have the ability to be loud without microphone clipping.
MUST have or make a discord account as that will be where we are running lines for the project. Please include the name of your discord account in the description of your audition.

Sara is the Main Character of Your Turn to Die and as such will have a lot of lines. Sara is described by as "strong and dependable" on more than one occasion. Her samurai-like attitude, as well as her tendency to take charge and adopt responsibility, prove she is a trustworthy and dependable ally.

(Assertive) This is it!
(Assertive) Lift your heads up!! We've always done when we've had to do...! No matter how cruel it is, you can't stop!!
(Embarrassed) Wahhh?! You promised you wouldn’t tell anyone!
Keiji is shown to be pretty laid-back and level-headed, though he comes off as shady to some of the participants. He usually refers to himself as "the friendly policeman" in an effort to establish himself as trustworthy, and makes a pretense of being less cunning than he really is.
He's observant, canny, and is quite good at reading other people. He has good instincts regarding when to speak up and when to remain quiet.

(Laid Back) You got it. So don’t trouble your friendly policeman. …Well, not that I’m really that sort of cop.
(Confused) Eh...? Don't think that's in my wheelhouse. These arms are for protecting people, see.
(Determined.) It's your turn to die, Sou.
Kai has a seemingly aloof and absentminded nature. He's often quiet, even during intense discussions and accusations. Because of his quiet nature, he isn't considered to be much of a person of interest to the group. Though like the others, he makes it apparent that he wishes to try his best to contribute to their advancement, even if his withdrawn demeanor and weird aura puts everyone off.

(Aloof) The head has a weighty feel. When I shake it, I hear this… sloshing sound.
(Determined) This is... resistance. Our lives toyed with to our enemy's whims, we are unable to save even a single person...
(Out of breath) I entrust them to you...! Our regrets...!! Our hopes...!! I... am satisfied.
Gin tries to remain positive and optimistic despite his situation. While he warms up to people easily, he can occasionally be sarcastic or blunt to them. Gin is rarely melancholy. He gets attached to those he meets easily. He becomes especially attached to Sara, viewing her as a trustworthy and kind big sister figure. While he may be young, Gin always attempts his best to help the group by finding clues and remains strong despite the circumstances. He ends the majority of his sentences with "meow" and "woof", and tends to casually nickname those around him.

(Determined) I'm... always the one being protected, woof... You're all nice, so you'd never pick me at times like this, meow... But... if that meant only I survived... I'm sure I'd regret it, woof... I'd feel like I was a burden...! So I want you to let me do it, woof...!! I wanna know there were people who were saved by me being there, woof!!
(Encouraging) You have to believe in the real Joe, big sis Sara...!!
Being good-natured, if a little odd, Mishima often chuckles after sentences in a distinctive, suspicious manner. His genuine sentiments are often in contrast to his appearance.
Mishima seems to enjoy acting strangely to amuse others, sometimes behaving in cryptic ways. He can be overly analytical of everyone's actions. His unusual social quirks aside, Mishima makes it clear he has no ill intentions and frequently reminds others to be safe and cautious. Mishima is an incredibly kind, caring, and encouraging person.

Mai comes across as friendly and flirtatious. She is talkative and excitable, occasionally making remarks that make people uncomfortable such as asking Sara to rub her cheek out of appreciation for her doll-form. She tries her best to help the group, though sometimes her ideas lack foresight.

Megumi appears as a smart and analytical woman, despite this, she has a nonchalant demeanor around her. She is also described as shady by members of the police force.

Ranger is created with nearly only negative personality traits and is devoid of any empathy or kindness. He speaks crudely and disrespectfully to everyone except for his father. Ranger feels sadistic glee at human despair, and most of his actions are done so that he might incite misery in the people around him. In truth, his hostility stems from a deeply-rooted inferiority complex toward humans. He pretends that he treats humans dismissively, but in truth, he pays a lot of attention to them - going as far as collecting clothing from dead participants to wear for himself.
