There was once a girl diagnosed with Alastair (your heart is broken and you need to replace it with the man/woman you like)
But the girl did not want to. She has all her heart already to the one she loved. But she doesn't want to talk about the issue she has because maybe the boy she love will be sad & depressed of all his heart. (Alastair is not a true diagnosed)
