Project Overview
How The Wind Runs is a brand new indie animated series. It will be a web series uploaded onto YouTube. It is a fantasy, mystery, drama series.
SynopsisExin was a myth from long ago. A floating island that remained above the Earth. One day though, the island disappeared and the people chalked it up as nothing but an old legend. Archie, Batair, and Eginhard thought so too until they found themselves upon it. While originally it was quite fear inducing to be stuck upon this island, they soon discovered that on the surface this new world was better than their own. While they set out to start new lives, the ugly truths of this world started to show themselves. Should Exin be better off staying as a myth or will the trio find some pleasant things about the lost world?

Writers are needed! The director has experience with plotbuilding but isn't that confident in script writing. Any type of writer is alright!

Archie is the youngest member of the three at 16 years old. She has a bubbly and happy go lucky personality. She does anything to make sure all her friends are safe and happy. She is one of the main characters.
Has a very upbeat and cheery tone of voice. Her voice always has a slightly high pitch no matter the emotion. Use Mabel Pines from Gravity Falls as a reference. (Feminine)

“Eginhard… it's okay. Batair is… I'm sure he's okay.” (Upset)
“Well maybe if you didn't run into me- I was trying to focus! I almost had it and you just had to run into me like that! Do you not want me to learn this?!” (Annoyed and frustrated)
Eginhard is the oldest member of the three at 19 and the one designated as being the leader. He has an easy going and calm personality usually, but when it comes down to it he can be quite protective. He is also called the parent of the group. One of the main characters.
Has a relaxed voice that is meant to have a calming effect on people. He has a low tone with a slight roughness to it. (Masculine)

“Are you seriously telling Alexandra on me? Aww. Did I hurt poor little Batair's feelings by calling how it is?” (Mocking)
“I think I want to go home, Levi. But I barely know which one to go to.” (Sad)
“I hate my dad. I hate my mom for leaving. I think I just hate my family as a whole. Nothing good ever came out of it at all. This is the only good family I have. And I hate it. I wish it didn't come down to this.” (Upset and slightly frustrated)
Batair is the self-proclaimed leader of the group. He is 18 years old. He is quite a loud and over dramatic person who always exaggerates the situation. When it starts turning serious is when that personality fades, and he becomes more serious and nervous. One of the main characters.
Has a raspy voice that is usually at a high volume. He usually has a dramatic way of speaking when he isn't upset about something. When he is sad or something similar, he usually gets way quieter and softer. (Masculine)

Alexandra is the Herald of Soean. She is the caregiver of the Level Ones and their guardian. She is described as a very caring individual who wants the best for the group. She can get quite worried for them and how they handle some obstacles. She has Mind and Nature Runes.
Has a soft voice with a gentle tone. A voice similar to Sapphire from Steven Universe but with a soft southern accent. (Feminine)

“I'm sure it'll be okay, sweetheart. There's always tomorrow to keep practicing. You can't expect to learn all this in one day. That's just not how it works.” (Reassuring)
“Archie. That was extremely dangerous. You could have gotten hurt. You need to think before you do something dumb like that. I don't want anything bad to happen to you.” (Scolding)
“What do you mean? They're- no. No! No they can't be! Look again! Just do something besides giving up. Don't you understand? They're the only ones I have left. They can't just be dead! They wouldn't leave me!” (Grief)
Canto Is the Herald of Vemos; also the youngest of the current Heralds. They are known as a Herald that doesn't do much. They always seem to find something more fun to do. Canto is a rather relaxed one who lets people get away with far more than they should. They have a Sound rune.
Has a smooth voice that's at a lower volume. Their tone is usually chipper. When they are feeling something negative, their voice stays at a low tone with an edge. (Gender Neutral)

“Surface? What are you talking about? Nothing is below us but clouds.” (Confused)
“The surface brings destruction… only that. Elissa was right.” (Anger with a slight sadness)
Charon is the Herald of Tengku. He is known to be rather cold and rough around the edges. The region they govern is one of the most productive and best however. Many say this is due to their blunt decision making. Not much is known about his personal life other than being close to the Thyrsus Herald. He has the Poison, Body, and Metal Runes.
Has a deep voice with a monotone tone most of the time. He gets extremely loud when angry. (Masculine)

“What. Are. You doing?! Do you mean to destroy everything?! Admiral knows what he is doing! Can you listen?!” (Anger)
“I said to find them. I didn't say kill then, did I? Find them.” (Commanding with some annoyance)
Elissa is the assistant to Herald Canto. She is known to be rather snippy with others. Though, she has a softer side around Canto. She has a Water Rune.
Has an older voice with a hoarseness to it. She speaks with a certain fancy. Samantha from Infinity Train is a good example. (Feminine)

Cai is part of the Guard. He runs security at Herald Alexandra's residence. He is a rather headstrong individual with a rashness to him. He is one to jump into situations without thinking. He has a Storm Rune.
Has a hyper kind of voice. He talks very quickly, often muddling his words together. Rocky from Lackadaisy is a good example. (Masculine)

Ixion is a mercenary employed at Herald Alexandra's residence. He doesn't seem to enjoy his job however. He gets rather sarcastic and snappy with almost anyone. Still, he has an eye for money which makes him want to stay employed. He has an Energy Rune.
Has a monotone voice with a sarcastic tone. He usually sounds annoyed about something. Think Noah from Total Drama (Masculine)

Aspen is one of the guards employed at the Herald Alexandra's residence. She has strong beliefs about the world and about the three surface dwellers. She's vocal about them in private but knows when to shut her mouth. She is extremely loyal to the Herald and Cai. She has Fire and Travel Runes.
Has a soft voice. She talks quietly most of the time. She also has a slight British accent. (Feminine)

Damien is one of the guards employed at the Herald Alexandra's residence. He is a friendly fellow who has all matters of stories to tell. He tries a lot to keep Cai from running off to do something stupid, being an old friend of his. He has an Earth and Lava Rune; though more experienced in the Earth Rune.
Has a raspy low voice. His tone usually has a calming effect. The Fox from the Little Prince movie is the best thing to compare to. (Masculine)

Moony is an Illusionist. Once a petty thief, now works for Herald Alexandra as a spy. She has an outgoing personality with no filter. She isn't isn't afraid to speak her mind or crack a joke. She has an Illusion Rune.
Like Archie has an upbeat voice. Her voice is usually at a lower tone however and with a rasp. (Feminine)

Levi is the new assistant to Herald Alexandra. He is a reserved and shy fellow. It's rare to see him forward with anything. He mostly stays back and quiet while others talk. He has a Metal Rune.
Speaks with a quiet voice and with nervousness. Please note that Levi is a trans man as well. (Androgynous)

Maddox is a local shop owner. Due to her profession, she is a very friendly person. Still she seems rather secretive at times. The only Rune she shows herself possessing is a Nature one. Minor role during season one.
Has an elegant way of speaking. She has a monotone voice as well. Tigress from Kung Fu Panda is a good example. However has a British accent.(Feminine)

Doran is a young child. Not much is known about them however. They don't much about themselves either. Minor role during season one.
Has a young, child voice. They're voice is more congested; think the Collector from the Owl House. (Gender-Neutral)
