World Wide Showtime: Official Audition

Leader of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Canadian male. 

The protagonist of the show.

Wave rather enjoys hanging out with his friends, and is often the one to host events.

He's inviting, and just a generally great person to be around.

However, him and Jae J have never really necessarily knocked it off. There was always some unreleased tension between them. 

He's closest with Danny Ramos, and Bo Reyes. He and Danny are actually close family friends, and had grown up together.

He grew up with a very loving family, and discovered his love of music through his father. His father was a famous guitarist, and had taught Wave when he was very young. They lived on the coasts of Vancouver, so he had also experienced beach life with his mother, who was a marine biologist.

I'm looking for a powerful vocalist whose voice can fit into the genres of rock, pop, and musical theatre.

Keyboard player of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Thai female.

One of the more important characters.

Dara was born in Thailand, being both fluent in Thai and English. However, she had to move due to a massive tsunami that had flooded her house. Her and her mother moved to Canada, eventually meeting Wave and getting to know him. She had to take English classes to become more fluent, meeting Yūka through these classes. Yūka had become the light of her life, Dara developing feelings for her and eventually pursuing her and becoming girlfriends. 

Dara had then continued on with her piano playing, eventually becoming an award-winning piano player and joining the band that Wave had made.

I'm looking for a softer vocalist who can sing pop songs, classical, rhythm and blues and acoustic.

 Artist of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Japanese-Swedish female.

One of the most significant characters.

Yūka was originally born in Japan, moving quickly to America at the age of 6. However, she was homeschooled and her parents neglected her and never bothered to teach her English. This made her have to find resources herself. At the age of 13, she started going to community sessions for English classes and eventually making herself understand the language. However, at the age of 16, she had finally gotten her license and started to drive to professional classes, hence where she met Dana, and eventually developed feelings for her. Yūka would always express her dreams through her art, eventually gaining a huge social media following for her art, and gaining profit for it as a way to pay for her dream of art school. However, this was soon cut short as her parents found out about her funds and took away her money, eventually causing her to commit suicide.

One of the side, but prominent characters.

Ella had always been beautiful her whole life, constantly praised by her family for being the "visual princess." She had golden locks, and bright blue eyes, the look of perfect in her family. She had been involved with model agencies since she was a baby, never not being in the camera. However, at the age of 5, her parents had taken a trip to the Philippines, adopting her baby brother, Bo Reyes and taking him home with her. Bo had the cutest face as well, Bo being forced into modelling as well. However, Ella soon realized that that wasn't the environment meant for her younger brother, quickly getting her parents to switch him out of it. She then became the beauty, whilst her brother remained the brains. She sometimes hated not being educated, but she also was making a lot of profit, so she didn't really mind. At least, that's what her parents raised her to believed. She had also taken vocal lessons as a side hobby, instantly becoming recognized for it and even making herself an artist name for herself, before eventually being invited to the band by her brother, Bo. She loved her brother so much, and wanted to see what new hobby he had found. This had lead her to join the band.

I'm looking for a stronger vocalist who can sing pop, musical theatre, classical and maybe even rock!

Song-writer of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Filipino-American male.

One of the side characters, but significant.

Bo had originally grown up in the Philippines, growing up in a poor family and eventually having to be put up for adoption after their house had broken down. Bo then taught himself English, becoming fluent very fast at the age of 10 with his intelligence. He had already moved to America, but learned from a professional instructor, as well as from his sister, Ella. He had enjoyed studying, and won many awards at school for his intelligence. He was apart of all the nerd clubs you could think of: Mathletes, English Busy Bees, and even... the Elite Study Program. At the age of 13, he was doing 12th grade math and starting to learn the basics of Calculus. He had also been invited to a prestigious college where he was invited to join the Writer's department. However, he currently was on a gap year, joining Wave's band after meeting Wave in high school in the Elite Study Program. 

He has also been given the student spirit award, for his kindness and his volunteer work.

Bassist of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a French-Canadian male.

One of the side characters, but important.

Laurent is known for his friendly, inviting behavior. He often prides himself with work, sometimes being a bit of a workaholic. However, he's the CEO of a big company, due to his dad's early death from a deadly disease. He does find ways to manage, and even gets help from Bo for statistics and predictions with stocks. That does make him a billionaire, and he is deemed one of the richest males in Canada. He does find the time to play bass, one of the instruments he learned through school and even got a scholarship for his talent as a Bassist. He joined the band through Wave, being in band classes with him. He is under a lot of stress, but he often pushes past it. 

He also works out often, keeping his body in shape, as well as his mind. So, I guess there's some perks to being rich...

Drummer of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Brazilian male. However, he moved to America when he was young and since adapted to the English language. 

The side character.

Being very sport oriented, Manuel grew up being athletic and often at times, a menace on the court. He enjoyed sports such as soccer, basketball, and even at times golf. He found a passion for drumming after the guidance counsellor insisted that he needed an art credit to graduate. So he chose band, hence where he met Wave and joined the band. 

His family is very supportive, and they love to party and have fun. Their family cherishes quality time. 

He also has two baby sisters, and loves them relentlessly.

Guitarist of the band entitled "WORLDWIDE", and a Korean-American male. 

One of the main characters

Jae J was raised in America, his mother and father being involved within an arranged marriage to birth a male to inherit his father's business and gang. Regardless of all the other responsibility with legalities, Jae J often leisured himself with musical instruments as his mother was a professional musician and public speaker. This is how he grew to love playing instruments, and music as a whole. 

He had met Wave through school band, and was friends with Danny throughout high school.

He wasn't very talkative, and remains less speechfull than the majority of the cast.
