Wilde (Sims 2 Series) Casting Call

Project Overview

(Character descriptions/voice types/photos in Casting Call)

"In 1986, the colorful city of Westbeach is introduced as well as the equally colorful teenaged residents living in it. We enter the journey of teenagers embellishing their youth as well as finding their place in this harsh society and wide world. In the new School year, students continue on their ever-changing attitudes and habits, define relationships, win, lose, make the decisions that will affect them for the rest of their youth, or start trouble - welcome to the new wave."

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Brady (Egotistical, fashionable brovado. Materialistic bad boy)
open
Unpaid

Brady is what's wrong in every '80s teenage flick. Though having jock tendencies, Brady is as charming as he is manipulative. On the cleaner side of the jerk spectrum, Brady is all about his looks and anything involving dirt may not be his forte. Specific details listed in the casting call.

(This character has been voiced before, and accurately. Examples can be seen in the first episode, which is released)

  • Madison: [Disgusted] What you did
to that kid?! And...[Assertive] I saw you with her, Brady.

    [Brady grows closer, invading
Madison's space, pointing in her face]

Brady: You didn't see jack shit. If you were
smart, you'd drop it, [derogatory] babe.

  • Brandon: Dude, you gotta' let her
    go, it's fucking you up.

Brady: Brandon, how about you let
me worry about what's fucking me up, yeah?

Voice Actor
Raymond (I'm not a regular teacher, I'm a cool teacher)
open
Unpaid

Captivating and alluring, Raymond is quite the gentleman. This rising adult is incredibly intellectual and passionate though he doesn't take himself too seriously and captures a humorous/down-to-earth/humble demeanor. Raymond is generally most students' favorite and, I mean, why not? Raymond has the book-smarts of the nerds, coolness of the bad kids, and overall musical taste/culture indulgence for everyone. Everyone loves Raymond. That is..everyone that doesn't live with him.

Raymond can be quite reactive and demanding. Raymond is quite prone to mood-swings. Raymond is as gentle as he is impulsive and reactive. As unpredictable as he can be, he is quite the romancer and sweetheart. Generous, affectionate, naturally motivating, and stunningly charismatic - that's Raymond.

(This character has been voiced before, see episode 2 on my channel for reference)

  • Mr. O'Reilly: Countless members of
the staff have reported seeing you with a specific soft more student, Irene
    Whitten.

Raymond: Oh, Irene and I are
family friends, completely innocent. C'mon, man.

  • Raymond: [Exaggerative] And then
the kid tells me '’It was my mother.'' I'm just... [disbelief] am I
    qualified enough for this?

    [Irene laughs]

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Malik (Father, not so much father figure. Mature)
open
Unpaid

Malik, unbeknownst to his son, is very much like him. Vibrant, cultured, and obtaining a hankering for style. Malik hit his prime in the late '60s-early-'70s, and in the '80s, not much has changed. Malik was a bad boy and now a grown man with good intentions...maybe.

  • Malik: I was young and stupid.
Prime of my life, honeys everywhere. I was in the groove-

    Malik:
I...got two women pregnant, and I couldn't have taken care of the both of you.

Voice Actor
Voice Actor
Dustin (Typical tyke, Bad boy--okay heart)
open
Unpaid

Dustin is your typical Tyke, but recklessly 70's. Dustin is the very definition of ''young, wild and free''. This short, pint-sized, thigh-shorts wearing tyke is always looking for trouble. Dustin can be immature (though mature life-wise), temperamental, and quite impatient. Dustin has ADD, and is very transparent toward it. Dustin is constantly reminded that he's a bother and should change himself, but he views it all as mindless nagging. Dustin is comfortable in his own skin, and could care less about what any higher-ups have to say. Dustin is not the best of friends with the law - quite the opposite. With recklessness, Dustin can be quite the captivating specimen. Dustin has a good sense of humor, and is easy to grow on you. Many love to hate him.

(See details in Casting Call)

  • Luce: Aren't you a bit young?

Dustin: Aren't you a bit old?

  • Luce: What, man?

Dustin: Hear me out. We dump it in the river, no
    damage to anyone. Rad, right?

  • [Luce reaches in, picking it up]

    Dustin: [Cautious] Fuck'n a,
    Luce, don't fucking touch it!
