Welcome to Faewood! A small city where all kinds of mythical creatures live together!
Heather is your average young adult, tired, dumb, and cocky. She also happens to be a hybrid between the union of a werewolf and a harpy. Her life is kind of dull, outside of helping fight off any invading kobolds, until a Mythic known as The Brimstone Faun arrives and begins wreaking havoc. Now, cursed, the entire Faewood pack must travel to the Dragon lands to remove the curse.

Heather woods is the main character for my series, Welcome to Faewood. She is a werewolf-harpy hybrid just trying to live life. It's hard growing up not knowing your own mother, but Heather has had to deal with that her whole life.
Born into a werewolf pack, she was training to be an alpha for when her grandmother stepped down. that, however, never happened as her grandmother and her father had an argument, which led to her and her father fleeing the pack.
She has long, dusty brown hair, striking green eyes, and olive skin. She wears a striped white and light orange t-shirt with an unzipped hoodie over it, and jeans.
"Sometimes I wish orange juice wasn't so good."
"Being a hybrid isn't all that fun, ya know. We have to deal with all sorts of hate."
[In a singsong voice]"~Warm blankets, I am in my warm blankets, so no talking to me please.~"
Bookworm is a mysterious young lady, showing up one day when she was 10, and being taken in by the Woods family. She and Heather are as close as sisters, and they look out for one another. They share a job, mostly due to the fact that Bookworm is blind. Despite this, she loves books, and is often holding one, even if she herself can't read it.
Bookworm is a human girl, and the only pure human in the main cast. She is the youngest of the main cast, but the most mature. She is relatively short, and has dark yellow-orange hair, blue eyes, and pale skin.
"Despite my problem, I still enjoy books. It mostly has to do with the fact I have people who will read to me."
"Tor, I just, I don't know right now. Everything is going to shit, and I'm not sure what to do..." [She breaks into tears]
"Faewood is my home, not Averyville. I will NOT be going back with you!"
Toren is a half-elf, his mother being a human. He, like most half-elves, don't deal with the same discrimination other hybrids deal with. That doesn't exclude him from any hate, however. His own family, minus his brother, all hate him for not being what they wanted him to be.
Toren never felt right, and eventually fled home to transition into who he is now. He and Bookworm are dating, and everyone he cares about knows his past, but they still care for him.
He has dull magenta hair and soft grey eyes.
"You'd think I'd care, but I don't Tay! Just stop!"
"My name is Toren. Toren Valis. I'm a half-elf, and I hate my life."[Tore-an Vale-lease]
"Dresses look good on women, which is why I think you both should get one."[matter of factly]
Tailio Valis, brother of Toren, and the guy who has the biggest crush on Heather. he's a jerk for the most part, but when he cares about something, he will never stop protecting it. He originally was the one who outed Toren to their family, but regrets the decision, and wishes to make amends with his brother. Not the brightest in the bunch, but he has a good heart.
He has bright magenta hair and cold steel blue eyes.
The eldest of the main crew, not including Barker and Willow.
"You have got to be the biggest idiot I've ever seen!"
"Oh man, never in a million years did I think a werewolf would be so... hot! That's hot! That's fire, that's hot!"
"You're the one who sold me that brownie back in high school!"
Barker is Heather's dad, that guy who raised her from birth, and the main inspiration for both Heather and Toren. He loves Book, Toren, Tay, and Veil as if they were his own kids, and wish he could help them more.
He has reddish brown hair,

"Can't a dad just love his daughter?"[pause] "I need a twenty for gas, got a date tonight!"
"The temp agency put me back here again, mostly because this is the only place that will keep hiring me."
"Your grandmother, despite her flaws, was a great and powerful alpha, and she cared for her pack. I mean, they were all family to her. We don't have a proper pack anymore, but we have each other. Goodnight, princess."
The half-brother to Heather, Veilin is a vampire-harpy hybrid, and kind of a jerk. Despite this, he's also a sweet guy who cares for his family. Unlike Heather, he actually got to know their mother, but has no clue where she is now. His father was the Head in his coven, but that didn't mean he got special treatment. When his father drove his mom away to prove loyalty to their kind, it left Veilin empty, having nobody to talk to, so he ran off to find other things to do, eventually meeting Heather and crew.
He initially despised Heather simply for the fact that he was a vampire and she was a werewolf, but over time came to get to know her, and they eventually found out they were related.
He has dark brown, almost black hair, reddish pink eyes, and olive skin. He commonly wears long sleeve shirts and jeans.
"Vampires and Werewolves are not similar!"
"Our mother was a great woman. I'm so sorry you never got to meet her."
"She may be a stupid, smelly, ugly mutt, but she's still my sister, so if you have a problem with Heather, you have a problem with me. And I hate it when people have a problem with me."
Willow Woods is a former alpha, and now servers as the Elder matriarch for the Faewood pack. She appears rather frail, but is able to overpower opponents twice her size with ease. Originally, she despised how her only son, Barker, would produce an offspring with someone other than another werewolf, but she has come to accept that Heather is just as worthy of living as she is. She loves all her grandchildren, even if only one is related to her.
Willow is a tall, thin, pale woman with greying hair and green eyes. She typically wears a deep purple robe that is torn at the bottom, and a dark blue-violet dress, both hit the floor.
"Werewolves have never shown fear."[pause] "But it may be time we start."
"Why you allowed these... delinquents into your home I will never understand."
"I may be wise now, but even I did stupid things as a young one.
