Wake the Will Arc 2: Need 1 F Role!
Project Overview
Introduction:
Wake the Will is a webcomic series on Webtoon. I write and illustrate for the story as its only creator. This is an ongoing project that I am doing for fun as a hobby, as the general idea for a card game-based series has seen numerous drafts over the years. With this, I'm telling the final, definitive version of the story I always wanted to tell.
-Summary taken directly from the Webtoon series hub: "To avoid the harsh reality that is life, individuals escape into a virtual reality game based around a trading card game named Wake the Will. One girl enters this world in order to set things right and stand against this false utopia. However, her plans derail, as she immediately encounters a boy around her age, whom is one of many that has given up on life."
What's going into the project:
-I am looking for five voice actors (1 male and 4 female) to play four Summons and one character in the series.
-These episodes are videos posted to my YouTube channel, where we will be dubbing over shots of each panel from the webcomic. This will be used to give life to the Webtoon, with voice acting, music, sound and occasional animation.
-We're planning to do every episode of the Wake the Will Webtoon. There are many episodes published on Webtoon, with the series actually complete and scheduled for weekly releases every Friday at 3 PM EST.

This story focuses around players in a VR game playing a trading card game with each other. Players will dramatically play out and announce their moves, as done in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Cardfight!! Vanguard, or Shadowverse. Feel free to take a look at my Webtoon if you are in need for more context:

Voice Actor
Moderate Summon: Treasure Diver is a rank 2 card played by Hayley starting in Arc 2. She uses it fairly often to supply cards for her reserves.
Card Lore: Back in the day, Treasure Diver had a close friend that tragically passed away at sea at a very young age. The girl's dream was to be a great treasure hunter, so Treasure Diver chose to make that her dream as well. When she one day found an ancient treasure with her companion crab, she knew she had achieved the girl's dream.
Personality: Optimistic, excited
Voice: I'm looking for a female adult voice with a friendly and excited tone.

Voice Actor
Minor Summon: Loco Motive is Celio's boss card, played by him in arc 2's tournament. He uses it to loop a combo revolving around playing other tainted toys in a certain order turn after turn.
Card Lore: It is the Tainted ToyBox group's secret weapon, used to carry out their revenge for being mistreated in the past. It will endlessly pursue its target and bring all of the other tainted toys with it.
Personality: Psychotic
Voice: I'm looking for a male adult voice that could provide the same vibes a serial killer would have.

Voice Actor
Minor Summon: Death in the Box is Celio's main support card utilized in his combo play with his boss card. She's the only support in the game that can actually destroy a card.
Card Lore: She is a deranged "jack-in-the-box" that was mutilated by a child in the past. She joined the Tainted ToyBox group to seek revenge and is willing to take lives in order to do it.
Personality: Evil, sinister
Voice: I'm looking for a female teen/female adult voice that can sound like a heartless villain, just out to kill

Minor Summon: Doll Face is a support used by Celio in order to extend his combo involving his boss card.
Card Lore: She is an abused doll thrown away by an inconsiderate little girl. It is forever heart broken, just wanting someone to play with it. However, it comes off as creepy, so others avoid it. With nothing else to live for, it has joined the Tainted ToyBox group. Could its soul be healed if just one child shows it kindness?
Personality: Creepy
Voice: I'm looking for a female voice that would be suitable for a creepy little girl doll. You may think on the usual "play with me" cliche' with creepy dolls. You may also add a hint of sadness as well.
