[Voice Actors] CASTING CALL - DWAD: The Dying of the Light

Female, late 50's. Lucinda considers herself the saleswoman of the community, enticing in new residents with her sales patter. She has studied linguistics and language throughout her life and went on to become a successful translator and speaker. She worked part-time for a variety of secret organisations trying to help them decode enemy signals and even translate alien languages. She is clever and flirtatious and has a positive outlook on life.

Male, late 50's. Self-appointed 'leader' of the community. Quentin used to work for UNIT and so has had experience of alien encounters so thinks he knows best. He is insistent on his own control and power and is determined to remain that way. His years at UNIT have offered him the chance to witness all the varied marvels of alien technology and since his forced retirement he has begun to resent their reluctance to help further humanity's development as well as protect themDeath is the answer.

Female, late 30's. Rosie is a talented Detective Inspector for the British Police. She is an intellectual and motivated individual, willing to get her hands dirty to get to the truth. She can be a little narrow-minded and feels that she knows best, even better than her superiors. She is devoted to her job, having followed her father into the force. For a young person, she is unusually set in her ways

Male, early 50's. Howard is a talented scientist and engineer and has worked on some of the most significant technological projects of the time. He doesn't care that someone else always takes the credit - he's more interested in knowing what can be done and is motivated by the desire for knowledge. Following the death of his only son, he has become much more reckless and is willing to risk his own life in his foolish experiments, no longer caring for his life.

Male, late 50's. Adrian is a man of many talents, having spent much of his youth travelling and his adult life lecturing at some of the greatest universities worldwide. His knowledge of literature, history and geography have granted him status as one of the great intellectuals of his time. However, when in his late 30's, he was knocked down in a hit and run that left him paralysed from the waist down and more reliant on his wife Flora than he'd like to be.

Female, mid 50's. Isobelle is a secretive woman, having grown up under parents working for secretive organisations. She does not trust strangers and only really trusts Quentin. Her marriage ended badly with her fleeing her abusive partner. Having lived much of her adult life in a violent household, she is willing to turn to aggressive actions when necessary. She is motivated by the desire for revenge.

Female, mid 60's. Suzie is Rosie's aunt. Despite being concerned by the actions of her fellow residents, she is a capable individual who can hold her own against most. She loves her niece but is concerned that Rosie sometimes panders to her.
