4TL4S is one of my OCs, he is a emotional support robot developed by a company named CEROS Robotics.
He Is known to have quote on quote "Enough love for all man on earth big or small".
He was known for blowing balloons, make crayon drawings, solve rubix cubes, and most notably, he can hug people who ask nicely.
He would probably sound like Fwench Fwy, so female VAs are highly reccomended for him.
Spoiler alert: The third line is creepy because, his lore is.... deep...
