Special Effects Artist Needed for Animated Scifi Film

What is this casting call for?

I need a visual effects artist who can add effects such as superpowers, explosions, and filters to the footage of my animated sci-fi film.

We are half-way through production. You can see screenshots and other production samples of the film here.

The production value is being raised in every way possible for the film. The voice work has already been recorded for the first half of the film, the original score is 95% complete, and everything is moving right on schedule with hopes for a 2024 release.

The film is set far into the future where a team of rebels is fighting to restore the Kingdom of Earth. The film continues the story of the web series which wrapped in 2021. There is also a web comic currently being produced.

What will the workflow of the VFX Artist be like?

You will be adding effects such as superpowers, explosions, and filters on top of otherwise edited and completed footage.

We will send the footage that needs effects added through Google Drive/Cloud Storage.

Clear and simple instructions on what specific effects you'll need to do will be included.

The work will be kept as simple and light as possible to provide an enjoyable experience that isn't time consuming.
